Shipping & Handling
We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as they are processed. However, due to size of the order, peak hours, limited postal pick-up windows and inventory delays, orders may take additional handling days before shipping. Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Missing Packages must be reported to us in a timely manner. We will work with the Shipping Carrier to track and/or file a claim. Lost, Stolen or Missing packages, if confirmed delivered by the Shipping Carrier, must be reported to local authorities before a refund or replacement can be issued. A copy of an official police report must be submitted for reference and proof for a refund/replacement.
