1) How can I place an order?

Because we do not support online shopping at present, if you have any purchase needs, you can directly email sales@ezhnailsupply.com or contact                 phone number, we will  reply you the quotation at the first time

 2) How can I get a catalog or price list?

Please email or call to us and tell us the commodity name and your detailed information (name, email, address, phone, etc), we will send to you at the earliest time.

 3) Do you offer any discounts?

Of course, the price depends on the quantity you buy, we accept the minimum order quantity, but if you have a large quantity, we will give you a best price, welcome to consult

 4) What is your minimum order amount?

We accept sample order and The minimum order quantity of each product is different, we also accept mixed orders, feel free to contact us if you are interested

5) How to cancel order?

Because what we do is wholesale, the production will be arranged after the order is confirmed. Generally speaking, it is not allowed to cancel the order. If there are special reasons and the order has not been placed in the factory, it can be negotiated.

6) Is free sample available and how long will it takes?

NO, When you place a bulk order, we can return the sample fee to you, excluding shipping fee, it usually take 3-5 working day to arrival your hand

7) What’s the delivery time when I place a bulk order?

The production process of each product is different, we will tell you the time required for your order

8) Can I have my own customized product ?

 Yes, your customized requirements for material,color, logo,design ,package ,etc.

9) Do you have quality control?

Yes, we attach great importance to quality control.

10) What types of payment do you accept?

We currently only support PayPal and XTransfer

11) What’s XTransfer?

XTransfer has obtained the Money Service Operator license in Hong Kong and the Authorized Payment Institution license in the UK, and has completed filings with FINCEN in the United States, FINTRAC in Canada, and AUSTRAC in Australia. XTransfer is very efficient, safe, professional, and convenient! 

12) Can you accept cash on delivery?

No, we only ship the goods after receiving the full payment. For large orders, we can accept a deposit and receive the full payment before delivery

13) How do you ship the order normally?

For large qty order,ship the goods by sea.

For small qty order, by air or express. We supply optional express for you, including DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TXT, EMS, ARAMES and so on.

14) Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

Of course yes.

15) What about the lead time?

Samples need 3-5 days. Mass production needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity is more than 200pcs.

16) How do I track my order?

We will give you the tracking number after delivery, you can check the tracking information on the official website, and we will update to you too.
